Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused or only lightly used

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all original components, accessories, and documentation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Start a Return

  • (Optional) Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing returns


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@buydawnband.com with clear photos showing the issue.

If approved, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you must:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order separately


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first at support@buydawnband.com so we can resolve it promptly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and affect your eligibility for a refund.
